These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases, and participation in workshops provided by Turner Education ("we", "us", "our"). Our workshops provide hands-on science learning experiences for children. By accessing our website or booking a workshop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Bookings and Payments

 All workshop bookings must be made in advance via our website or approved booking platforms. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Cancellations, Refunds and Credits

 Refunds are not provided for missed sessions or changes of mind. If you are unable to attend a booked session, you may transfer your booking to another child with prior notice. If we cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or a credit for a future session. Where a workshop is rescheduled, your booking will automatically transfer to the new date unless you notify us otherwise.This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law.

4. Changes to Workshops

We reserve the right to: Make changes to workshop content, facilitators, times, or locations where necessary. Cancel or reschedule workshops due to low enrolments, venue issues, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes where possible.

5. Participation and Safety

 -Our workshops involve hands-on activities that may include basic tools, materials,
movement, or sensory experiences.
 -All reasonable care is taken to ensure a safe learning environment.
 -Children must follow safety instructions provided during sessions.
 -Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, behavioural needs,
or learning requirements at the time of booking.

Participation is at your own risk, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Supervision and Collection
-Supervision arrangements (drop-off or stay-and-play) will be clearly stated for each
workshop.
 -Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and collection of their child.
 -Late collection may result in additional fees.

7. Photography and Media
 Photographs or videos may be taken during workshops for promotional or educational purposes. By booking, you consent to the use of images unless you notify us prior to the session. We respect privacy and will not identify children by full name.

8. Intellectual Property
All workshop materials, content, activities, and resources are the intellectual property of Turner Education. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Website Use
 Content on this website is provided for general information only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or currency. Users must not misuse the website or attempt to damage its operation.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
 -We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in workshops or use of our website.
 -Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
