Cancellations, Refunds and Credits

A full refund is available if you cancel your booking at least 7 days prior to the scheduled workshop date. Refunds are not provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop, missed sessions, or changes of mind.

If you are unable to attend a booked session, you may transfer your booking to another child with prior notice. If we cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or a credit for a future session.

When a workshop is rescheduled, your booking will automatically transfer to the new date unless you notify us otherwise.
